THE FURNITURE OF YOUR DREAMS--FROM WILSON'S FURNITURE!
Here's the plan: get consumers to share the most intimate details of
their
furniture remodeling fantasies on a simple form that becomes a lead
generator for the most qualified of buyers. In this unique partnership 
between your station and a furniture retailer, radio listeners will be invited
to visit the store to complete a brief questionnaire designed to establish their
specific tastes and needs-and to provide the store's sales staff with
everything they need to make the sale. With an imaginary budget of $10,000,
patrons will be asked to identify their favorite items and list them on the form.
In other words, "How would you spend $10,000 at Wilson's Furniture?"
They will also be asked to note on the questionnaire if they would like to be
called if any of the items they are interested in go "on sale." Why would a
patron "paint this picture" of their perfect home? Because each completed
questionnaire becomes an official entry for the grand prize in the Dream
Furniture  Sweepstakes-a furniture make-over of one of your listener's
homes by the pros at the store (maximum of $10,000 in equipment or
furniture which could be vendor-supplied in a cooperative marketing effort).
Best of all, Wilson's Furniture will be left with hundreds of leads for follow up
sales, each with a detailed account of the potential customer's needs--and
permission to call them. And one of your listeners wins $10,000 worth of
furnishings! Could also work for a kitchen or home remodeling company and
the kitchen/bathroom of your dreams.

PORTRAITS AND PASTA-ONLY AT VINCENT'S ON MOTHER'S DAY!

It's a common occurrence: the family's all dressed up for Mother's Day (or
Father's Day), and no one brought a camera. That won't be a problem for
patrons of this restaurant when your station arranges for a photographer to
offer free family portraits at the restaurant on Mother's Day. Using the colorful props of the restaurant's decor (or a set from a local furniture store), the
photographer will take a shot of each family who visits the restaurant. The
first print will be delivered at no charge but subsequent photos can be
ordered from the photographers at a modest charge. And best of all, at least
one family member must return to Vincent's two weeks later to pick up their
portraits, thereby generating another trip to the restaurant. You should be
able to find a local photographer to trade his services in exchange for the
exposure--and he can certainly make his money back on prints order by the
families. Its a perfect gift for Mom--and the perfect way for the restaurant to
establish itself as a Mother's Day (or Father's Day) dining spot. You could
also do couples on Valentine's Day.
